Return/Exchange Policy
Due to Health Regulations exchanges/returns cannot be accepted on:
1. Panties, thongs, g-strings, boxers, girdles, underwear
2. Hosiery
3. Wigs
4. Any item that has been removed from its sealed package
5. Hygiene Products
COSTUMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. THEY CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR SIZE ONLY!
All other items will be accepted for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt if unworn, unwashed, in original garment packaging, in the same condition as received, and tags are attached. Panties and underwear are not returnable and may be exchanged only if we ship you a size that is different than the size on your order. In such case, they must be in the original package, unworn, not tried on, and unwashed. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at

from Dorothy Barello on how to make a return or exchange.
If there are additional charges to be owed to us for shipping the item(s) exchanged, we will charge the difference to the credit card used for the original order unless otherwise specified.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), is required for items being exchanged/retuned.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept any item for return or exchange without prior authorization. Your call will be returned by the next business day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
